Ünal Çakar is an independent, USHAŞ-licensed health-tourism facilitator and patient advocate. He coordinates accredited clinics and licensed surgeons in Turkey on behalf of international patients, and his coordination is free to you — the service is funded by a curated network of vetted partner hospitals, and you only ever pay the treating clinic, never Ünal.

Ünal is not a clinic, a hospital or a doctor. He does not provide medical care, perform any procedure, prescribe, diagnose or supervise treatment. His role is to inform, organise and accompany you through the process; all clinical decisions rest with the qualified surgeon and clinic you choose.

Nothing on this website or shared during coordination is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. The content is general information to help you understand your options and prepare informed questions.

Whether a treatment is suitable for you, which technique is appropriate and what outcome you might expect are determined only by a qualified surgeon at a proper consultation, based on your individual circumstances. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is promised here.

Using this website, contacting Ünal or receiving coordination support does not create a doctor–patient relationship of any kind, because Ünal does not practise medicine.

It also does not make Ünal your legal agent or representative, and he does not act on behalf of any single clinic in dealing with you. He introduces and coordinates; the treatment contract is made directly between you and the independent clinic you select.

Any prices shown on this site or mentioned in early conversations are indicative only and typically expressed as a "from" figure. They are intended to give you a realistic, all-inclusive sense of cost, not a binding offer.

Your final price is confirmed individually in a written, itemised quote issued by the treating clinic after your case has been reviewed. That quote — not this website — governs what you pay.

All medical treatment is provided by independent, third-party clinics and surgeons who are responsible for their own services, staff, facilities, clinical standards and any guarantees they agree with you, such as revision, complication, warranty or regrowth policies.

Ünal vets and coordinates these partners but does not control or deliver their clinical work. Your treatment contract, consent and any medical guarantees are between you and the clinic directly, and are governed by that clinic's terms and the applicable law.

You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information about your health, medical history and expectations, and for raising any questions or concerns with the surgeon before agreeing to treatment.

You are also responsible for your own travel documents, insurance and arrangements, for following the pre- and post-operative instructions given by your clinic, and for attending the scheduled aftercare and follow-up provided through your care plan.

Because Ünal provides coordination and information rather than medical care, he is not liable for the clinical treatment, advice or outcomes delivered by independent clinics and surgeons, nor for any guarantee given by them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the free coordination service is limited accordingly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The text, design, images and other material on this website belong to Ünal Çakar or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law.
