Terms of Use

These terms explain the basis on which this website and the free coordination service are provided. They are a plain-language draft, not legal advice; please read them in full before getting in touch.

By using this website or asking Unal Cakar to coordinate care for you, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the service.

These pages are an informational draft pending sign-off by legal counsel. They are not a substitute for tailored legal advice, and they do not form a contract for medical treatment — that contract is always made directly between you and the clinic you choose.

Our role: independent facilitator, not a clinic

Unal Cakar is an independent, USHAŞ-licensed health-tourism facilitator and patient advocate. He coordinates internationally accredited, Ministry-of-Health-registered clinics and licensed surgeons in Türkiye on behalf of international patients, and his coordination is free to you: the service is funded by partner clinics, and you only ever pay the treating clinic, never Unal.

Unal is not a clinic, a hospital or a doctor. He does not provide medical care, perform any procedure, prescribe, diagnose, examine or supervise treatment. His role is to inform, organise and accompany you through the process. All clinical decisions rest with the qualified surgeon and clinic you choose, who are solely responsible for the medical care they provide.

No medical advice and no doctor–patient relationship

Nothing on this website, in the graft calculator, or shared during coordination is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. The content is general information to help you understand your options and prepare informed questions for a qualified professional.

Using this site, contacting Unal or receiving coordination support does not create a doctor–patient relationship of any kind, because Unal does not practise medicine. It also does not make Unal your legal agent or representative. Whether a treatment is suitable for you, which technique is appropriate, and what outcome you might expect are decided only by a qualified surgeon at a proper consultation, based on your individual circumstances.

Treatment by independent third-party clinics

All medical treatment is provided by independent, third-party clinics and licensed surgeons who are solely responsible for their own services, staff, facilities, clinical standards, and any guarantees they agree with you — such as revision, complication, warranty or regrowth policies.

Unal helps you identify and coordinate with these partners but does not control or deliver their clinical work. Your treatment contract, your informed consent and any medical guarantees are made directly between you and the clinic, and are governed by that clinic's own terms and the law that applies to it. Our partners are internationally accredited or Ministry-of-Health-registered; Unal himself does not hold clinical accreditations and does not perform treatment.

Indicative pricing — confirmed in a written quote

Any prices shown on this site or mentioned in early conversations are indicative only and usually expressed as a "from" figure. They are meant to give you a realistic sense of cost, not a binding offer.

Your final price is confirmed individually in a written, itemised quote issued for your case after it has been reviewed. That written quote — not this website — governs what you pay. The coordination service is free to you; you settle directly with the clinic, on the clinic's own terms, and Unal never holds or handles your payment.

No guarantee of medical outcomes

Medical and surgical outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your health, your anatomy and how closely aftercare is followed. Nothing on this site or said during coordination is a promise or guarantee of a particular result, and no specific outcome can be assured.

Where written guarantees, warranties or revision policies are referred to, these are commitments made by the treating clinic and apply only on the terms set out in your own agreement with that clinic.

Your responsibilities

  • Give complete and honest details about your health, medical history and expectations. Decisions and quotes are only as reliable as the information they are based on.
  • Ask the surgeon any questions or concerns before you agree to treatment, and make sure you understand the clinic's written terms and consent.
  • Follow the pre- and post-operative instructions given by your clinic, and attend the scheduled aftercare and follow-up arranged through your care plan.
  • Arrange and pay for your own travel documents, insurance and logistics, unless something specific is confirmed for you in writing.
  • Use this website only for lawful, personal purposes; do not misuse it, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt, copy or scrape it.

Intellectual property and third-party links

The text, design, images and other material on this website belong to Unal Cakar or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse it commercially without prior written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites, such as partner clinics, accreditation bodies or service providers, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion, and that site's own terms and privacy policy will apply.

Limitation of liability

Because Unal provides coordination and general information rather than medical care, he is not liable for the clinical treatment, advice, results or guarantees provided by independent clinics and surgeons, nor for the content of third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the free coordination service and from your use of this website is limited accordingly, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law, disputes, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any dispute relating to this website or the coordination service will be handled first in good faith, directly and informally, and otherwise under Turkish governing law. Disputes about your medical treatment are a matter between you and your treating clinic, under that clinic's contract and applicable law.

These terms may be updated from time to time so that they stay accurate and current; the version published here when you read it is the one that applies, so please review this page before you begin coordination.

If you have any questions about these terms or about how coordination works, you are welcome to get in touch before deciding on anything — by email at [email protected] or by phone or WhatsApp at +90 530 071 93 96.
