One name, accountable for your care
I am Ünal Çakar, an independent health-tourism facilitator. When you place your treatment in my hands, one real person stays answerable for it from your first message to your final follow-up.
Why I work under my own name
My name is on this site because someone has to be answerable for it. A marketplace can hide behind a logo and a call centre; an independent advocate cannot. When you contact me, you reach the same person who will coordinate your clinic, sit between you and the surgical team, and follow your recovery home.
Independence is the point. I am not owned by a clinic and I am not paid to fill its calendar, so I am free to recommend the option that genuinely fits you. If the right surgeon for your case is in one partner hospital rather than another, that is where I send you.
It also means I will tell you the truth when it is unwelcome. If your goals are unrealistic, if the timing is wrong, or if Turkey is simply not the right answer for your particular case, I will say so plainly — even when it costs me the booking. Honesty is the only foundation that holds up over twelve years.

Independence
My coordination is sponsored by a curated network of vetted partner hospitals, so it stays free to you. You only ever pay the clinic directly — never me — which keeps my advice loyal to your interests, not a sales target.
Honesty over upsell
I do not pad quotes, inflate what is medically needed, or push a bigger procedure than your case calls for. You receive a clear, itemised picture and an honest view of what is realistic, decided with the surgeon at consultation.
One accountable person end-to-end
From your first question to your last follow-up, you deal with me directly over WhatsApp, in your own timezone. No ticket queue, no handover between departments, no chasing a name you never actually spoke to.
Aftercare as the headline promise
Care does not end at the airport. Every patient leaves with a written care plan for their local doctor, scheduled remote follow-up and a 24/7 line they can reach if something concerns them.
